Me.

Throughout my career in design, I’ve realized that great products come from asking the right questions. I love of getting my hands dirty with user research to get to the core problem.

Traveling and living in different countries has exposed me to new cultures and various ways of thinking. This allows me to break free from my biases and design with diverse users in mind. Also, trying delicious local food is a great bonus! 😉

I deeply care about people, which led me to start Undies For All, a non-profit on a mission to restore dignity in women and girls.

Why?
Research & Ideas

I perform extensive research during the discovery phase to understand the problem and develop an informed user experience. Who is our audience? What do they need? What do they expect? Does this align with our business strategy? What is the competitive landscape?

How?
Design & Launch

Once we have defined the problem, I begin crafting the user flow through rapid brainstorming sessions with my team. Mockups are tested ASAP to explore my design theories. After receiving feedback, I’ll work my pixel magic and design high-fidelity mockups & prototypes.

Then?
Iterate & Improve

Think the design process is over once launched? No chance–I’m just getting started! Post-launch feedback and analytics are essential to evaluating the success of our solutions. I will learn, test, and design new features to ensure that the product roadmap is always innovative.
