Overview

TommyRun is an on-demand delivery app for construction materials. Although our data showed that most customers were satisfied with our service, there was a lot of room for improvement with order communication. Customers were unable to view real-time order tracking, chat with their drivers, nor give feedback. The operations team was using a combination of Trello, Slack, text, and emails to interact with drivers and customers which proved to be time consuming and inefficient.

I was tasked with conducting research and designing an internal platform to replace third-party tools and consolidate order communication into one intuitive web platform.

Intuitive Dashboard

Haste offers a detailed and at-a-glance dashboard to view daily revenue, order status/issues, and driver locations all on one screen.

Order Management

Haste’s automatic route optimization engine allows the operations team to focus on what matters. The refined order page allows for secure internal and external communication, live order tracking, proof of delivery and more.

Fleet Management

A comprehensive fleet management solution to take the guess work out of operations. Easily view who is on-shift, their order queue, update their shift, track performance, and more.

Analytics Dashboard

Haste allows the team to make more informed decisions with an automatic analytics dashboard. This allows them to monitor key metrics, success/failure rates, average order times, performance scores, customer satisfaction, and more.
